The First Commandment

The Roaring Lion

Satan is going about today as a roaring lion. He is attacking the minds of the people today. He is doing a masterful job in his attacks. We need the mind of YAHSHUA  to acknowledge YAHWEH, our Creator. Satan wants to remove this mind from you so that he can overtake you. He uses music and entertainment to remove the minds from YAHWEH so that he can take the souls to hell. Today, we have no excuse for not acknowledging YAHWEH for who HE is. HIS great power and might were clearly seen even before there were humans walking on the earth. (Romans 1:20)

The First Commandment

We are commanded to love YAHWEH with all our heart and being. Do we love HIM with even all our mind? Or is HE never on our minds. We should love HIM with all of our strength. Everything that is in us should be to love YAHWEH. This is the first commandment.

Vanity Of The Mind

We should no longer walk in the futility and vanity of our own minds. If our hearts and minds are not concentrated on the things of YAHWEH we will walk after the vain ways of the world. (Ephesians 4:17) We need to be renewed in our minds daily in the things of YAHWEH. (Ephesians 4:23) We are commanded to let the same mind that was in YAHSHUA be in us. (Philippians 2:5) YAHWEH has given a people over to the vanity of their minds because they worshipped what was created instead of the Creator. (Romans 1:22-32) They are given over to a vileness that has never been seen before. This people has been given over to a worthless mind without discernment. Even knowing that the judgment of YAHWEH says this people deserve death they continue on in their abominations.

The Same Mind

The carnal mind is death. We should strive for the spiritual mind which is life. We want to be transformed into the mind that proves what is good and acceptable in the will of YAHWEH. (Romans 12:2) We should be of the same mind as one family towards one another. Nothing should separate you from your Brother. We should have no pride within us to be wise in our own conceits. (Romans 12:16) YAHWEH gives us the endurance to be of one mind and to love each other. (Romans 15:5,6) YAHWEH wants HIS people to agree and to have no divisions among us. We are to be of the same mind and opinion. The only way we will have this mind is to serve ABBA YAHWEH.

Nuggets: We need to be renewed in our minds daily in the things of YAHWEH.
