Ruach haKodesh Of YAHWEH

Sha'ul Exhorts; All SetApart Ones are thus partakers of the Ruach,
who should "be filled with the Ruach haKodesh"

The Ruach haKodesh is YAHSHUA'S Ruach, the Ruach of the Son of YAHWEH, and the SetApart one, indwelt by the Ruach, enters into a new relationship to YAHWEH, that of a son to his Father. Through the Ruach, SetApart ones are enabled to address YAHWEH as Abba (FATHER), and the proof that they are sons of YAHWEH is the indwelling Ruach, which cries out "Abba! FATHER!" GalutYah- (Galatians) 4:6 "And because you are sons, YAHWEH has sent forth the Ruach of HIS SON into your hearts, crying, Abba, FATHER." The Ruach testifies to our Ruach that we are sons of YAHWEH, and fellow heirs with YAHSHUA.  RomiYah- (Romans) 8:14-17 " For as many as are led by the Ruach of YAHWEH, they are the sons of YAHWEH. For you have not received the Ruach of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Ruach of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, FATHER. The Ruach itself bears witness with our Ruach, that we are the children of YAHWEH:  And if children, then heirs; heirs of YAHWEH, and joint-heirs with MESSIYAH; if so be that we suffer with HIM, that we may be also exalted together." 

Access By The Ruach Into Communion With Abba (FATHER) YAHWEH

Through the Ruach, with its assurance of son-ship toward YAHWEH, the SetApart one has access to the Abba (FATHER) and communion with HIM. Through YAHSHUA both Yahudah and Gentile "have access in one Ruach to the "Abba".  EphsiYah (Ephesians) 2:18 "For through HIM we both have access by one Ruach unto the Abba."  In the Ruach man can speak to YAHWEH, for the Ruach prays within him, interceding "for the SetApart Ones according to the will of YAHWEH." Although man cannot pray as he ought, the Ruach "intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words." RomiYah 8:26-27 "Likewise the Ruach also helps our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Ruach itself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And HE that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Ruach, because HE makes intercession for the SetApart Ones according to the will of YAHWEH."

Rights Of The Indwelling Of The Ruach

Hence Sha'ul exhorts his readers to "pray at all times in the Ruach, with all prayer and supplication."  EphsiYah 6:18 "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Ruach, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all SetApart Ones;"  The indwelling of the Ruach gives man his peculiar rights and esteem. TesloniqYah Alef (1 Thessalonians) 4:8 "He therefore that despises, despises not man, but YAHWEH, who hath also given unto us HIS SetApart (Qadash) Ruach."  It is this indwelling which is the distinctive mark of the SetApart life.  RomiYah 8:9 "But you are not in the flesh, but in the Ruach, if so be that the Ruach of YAHWEH dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Ruach of MESSIYAH, he is none of HIS."

Union With YAHWEH Through YAHSHUA'S Ruach

It is the way of YAHSHUA'S own indwelling. EphsiYah 3:16-17  "That HE would grant you, according to the riches of HIS exaltation, to be strengthened with might by HIS Ruach in the inner man; That MESSIYAH may dwell in your hearts by belief; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,"  "Participation in the Ruach " is the common experience of all SetApart Ones,  PhylypsiYah (Philippians) 2:1  "If there be therefore any consolation in MESSIYAH, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Ruach, if any bowels and mercies," producing the fellowship of the Ruach which Sha'ul mentions in  QorintYah Bet (2 Corinthians) 13:14 "The unmerited favor of the Teacher YAHSHUA MESSIYAH, and the love of YAHWEH, and the communion of the SetApart Ruach, be with you all. So be it. HalleluYah." The individual who is united to YAHSHUA enters into a union with HIM in one Ruach; he "becomes one Ruach with HIM." QorintYah Alef- (1 Corinthians) 6:17  "But he that is joined unto YAHSHUA is one Ruach."   His physical body is therefore SetApart, as a tabernacle of the Ruach.  QorintYah Alef 6:19 "What? know you not that your body is the tabernacle of the SetApart Ruach which is in you, which you have of YAHWEH, and you are not your own?"  Similarly, the community as a whole is a tabernacle in which YAHWEH'S Ruach dwells. Strife and factions destroy the SetApart tabernacle of the corporate body; QorintYah Alef 3:16-17 " Know you not that you are the tabernacle of YAHWEH, and that the Ruach of YAHWEH dwells in you?  If any man defile the tabernacle of YAHWEH, HIM shall YAHWEH destroy; for the tabernacle of YAHWEH is SetApart, which tabernacle you are."  and the congregation collectively is a structure into which its various members are built together as a "dwelling place of YAHWEH in the Ruach". EphsiYah 2:22  "In whom you also are built together for an habitation of YAHWEH through the Ruach."  

The Grounds For Unity Of The Congregation

The one Ruach is thus the ground of the congregation's unity as the one body of YAHSHUA in which all worldly or fleshly divisions are transcended.  QorintYah- Alef 12:13 "For by one Ruach are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Ruach." EphsiYah 2:18 "For through HIM we both have access by one Ruach unto the Abba." EphsiYah 4:3-4 "Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Ruach in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Ruach, even as you are called in one hope of your calling;"

The Guarantee And First Installment Of Total Redemption

Present infilling of the Ruach is a guarantee and first installment of the total redemption which is to be entered into hereafter. It is the ground of SetApart hope. It is the first fruits, the anticipation in part of the harvest which awaits SetApart Ones at the end, RomiYah 8:23 "And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the first fruits of the Ruach, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body."  the guarantee of the total redemption which will include the transformation of the body into a spiritual body.  QorintYah Bet 5:5 "Now HE that has wrought us for the selfsame thing is YAHWEH, who also has given unto us the earnest of the Ruach."  By his possession of the Ruach the believer in YAHWEH is marked out as YAHWEH'S property, bearing his distinguishing mark or ownership, HIS "seal" by which the SetApart one is assured of final redemption.  QorintYah Bet 1:22 "Who has also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Ruach in our hearts." EphsiYah 1:13 "In whom you also trusted, after that you heard the word of truth, the teaching of your yeshua: in whom also after that you believed, you were sealed with that SetApart Ruach of promise," EphsiYah 4:30 "And grieve not the SetApart Ruach of YAHWEH, whereby you are sealed unto the day of redemption."

YAHWEH'S Love Outpoured Through HIS Ruach

The supreme manifestation of the working of the Ruach is love through the gift of the Ruach. YAHWEH'S love is outpoured in the hearts of SetApart Ones: (RomiYah 5:5 "And hope makes not ashamed; because the love of YAHWEH is shed abroad in our hearts by the SetApart Ruach which is given unto us.")  and it is the source of the love which binds the SetApart  body together. RomiYah- 15:30 "Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Teacher YAHSHUA MESSIYAH'S sake, and for the love of the Ruach, that you strive together with me in your prayers to YAHWEH for me;" QolesaYah (Colossians) 1:8 "Who also declared unto us your love in the Ruach."  The exaltation of praise on love in QorintYah- Alef 13  is intended to show that, of all the manifestations of the Ruach, love is supreme. Joy is also associated with the presence of the Ruach, even in defiance of earthly tribulations,  ( TesloniqYah Alef 1:6 "And you became followers of us, and of the Teacher YAHSHUA, having received the Word in much affliction, with joy of the SetApart Ruach:")  and this is a mark or characteristic of the kingdom of YAHWEH.  RomiYah 14:17 "For the kingdom of YAHWEH is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the SetApart Ruach."  It springs from the power of the Ruach to inspire and maintain the SetApart one's hope;  (RomiYah 15:13 "Now YAHWEH of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the SetApart Ruach.") for the Ruach reveals the true nature and meaning of the supreme purpose. EphsiYah 3:5 " Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto HIS SetApart apostles and prophets by the Ruach;"

 

EphsiYah 5:18 "And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Ruach; " and "aglow with the Ruach." RomiYah 12:11 " Not slothful in business; fervent in Ruach; serving YAHWEH; "
