The name Kislev derives from the Hebrew word for "security" and "trust." There are two states of trust, one active and one passive, both of which are manifest in the month of Kislev. The Hebrew meaning of this month is fitting for this great ordination service of deacon Horne, because the meaning of the month denote the character of this brother.

** The True ministry for YHWH can never be done alone, it must be done in tandem with a chosen and called out team of able men that are filled with Ha KoDesh Ruach (The Spirit of YHWH). It also must be evidence in their lives that the lead of Ha KoDesh Ruach is what guides them in their pursuit to please YHWH. We must all understand that Yisrael and its kingdom is not a democracy and no elections are held. Service to the kingdom is by the appointment of YHWH as YHWH guides HIS called out Servants (leader) to perform appointments of duty that the appointee maybe in submission to all YHWH commands. **
SHEMOTH - EXODUS 18:13 And it came to pass the next day, that Moshe sat to judge the people: and the people stood by Moshe from the morning to the evening.
SHEMOTH - EXODUS 18:14 And when Moshe's ahvot-in-law saw all that he did for the people, he said, What is this thing that you do for all the people? Why do you sit alone, and all the people stand before you from morning to even?
SHEMOTH - EXODUS 18:15 And Mosheh said to his ahvot- in- law, Because the people come to me to enquire of YHWH:

SHEMOTH - EXODUS 18:20 And you shall teach them Ordinances and Torah, and shall show them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do (the way to conduct one’s life).
SHEMOTH - EXODUS 18:21 Moreover you shall provide out of all the people able men, such as fear YHWH, men of Truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:
SHEMOTH - EXODUS 18:22 And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for yourself, and they shall bear the burden with you.

YERMEYAH - JEREMIAH 6:10 To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hear: behold, the Word of YHWH is to them a reproach; they have no delight in it.
6:11 Therefore I am full of the fury of YHWH; I am weary with holding in: I will pour it out upon the children abroad, and upon the assembly of young men together: for even the husband with the wife shall be taken, the aged with him that is full of days.
6:12 And their houses shall be given to others, with their fields and wives together: for I will stretch out MY HAND upon the inhabitants of the land, says YHWH.
6:13 For from the least of them even to the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even to the kohen every one deals falsely.

** Their is a path that a true deacon must walk in to please YHWH, and the deacon's character is a display of the life that he is living according to the fear of YHWH. **
YERMEYAH - JEREMIAH 6:17 Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Listen to the sound of the shofar. But they said, We will not listen.
** The Duties YHWH Requires of A Man That Is
Appointed to The Office of A Deacon. **
MIKAH - MICAH 6:6 With what shall I come before YHWH, and bow myself before The Most HIGH YHWH? shall I come before HIM with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old?
MIKAH - MICAH 6:7 Will YHWH be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my being?
MIKAH - MICAH 6:8 HE has shown you, O man (ish), what is good (tov); and what does YHWH require of you, but to do justly (tzedakah), and to love (ahava) mercy, and to walk humbly with your ABBA YHWH?
Many times, we have gathered in the years passed and there was a very familiar voice with us that would sound the alarm many times, to remind us of a beautiful passage in SCRIPTURE that read from KOHETET - ECCLESIASTES 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear YHWH, and keep HIS commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
We all knew that precious brother, husband, father, friend to the brothers, a sincere brother that was easily humbled, with songs that that went far beyond the meaning of the words, but songs that pierced the heart with tear and gladness, an Evangelist that spoke words of great wisdom and conviction to his brothers and sisters, and a man that we do miss, but we know that YHWH says in SCRIPTURE in TEHILLIM - PSALMS 116:15 Precious in the sight of YHWH is the death of HIS saints. So, as we gather here in the Tabernacle, this day for this most celebratory event of ordination, and surely the HANDS of YHWH is upon this event of this ordination of our precious young brother that will be installed as a deacon this 25th day of November, 2006. I do take great honor to be apart of this beautiful event, and also to stand in the place for Evangelist James Clifford Horne, the father of our deacon to be, brother Jermaine Cliffton Horne, with the same expression of joy and delight for this wonderful event taking place today as his father would.
As his son-in-law, by marriage to his daughter, my wife, sister Celeste Rainey, thank you YHWH for my wife, and also I say to you his wife, our widow sister Libby Horne, his daughter, sister Catara, and also to all of his sons, brother Randy, brother Patrick Patrick, brother Eldon and his wife, with brother Justin, and all of his grandchildren, that this day would be one of great celebratory magnitude for our precious brother and friend of The Faith, Evangelist Horne . So, I will share that emotion with you today as he would express concerning this wonderful event. I do rejoice in this day with you all.
If there is a word that he, Evangelist Horne would speak to us for this great event this day. I do believe that it would be something like this taken from the writings of Shaul written in II TIMOTHY 4:7 I have fought a good (tov) fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith (emunah): Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which YHWH, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but to all them also that love HIS appearing.
May YHWH enrich us all in this wonderful event this day. Shalom to you all!

The Honest Report Deacon Horne

Let me begin with a SCRIPTURE and the Words of YAHSHUA quotes from LUKAS - LUKE 8:15 But the Words that are sowed in tov-good ground are they, which in a honest and tov lev, having heard The Word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
With that said, I would like to examine the meaning of the word "honest" which is defined as "good, excellent in its nature and characteristics, and therefore well adapted to its ends (we can see that as Stephen was ready for his end according to MA'ASEH SHLICHIM - ACTS 7:58 And they cast Stephen out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Shaul.); let me continue with this definition of "honest", listen to this, joined to names of men designated by their office, competent, able, such as one ought to be; praiseworthy, beautiful by reason of purity of heart and life, and hence praiseworthy; morally good. Now we must judge this our brothers' personality by this defined guidance as to what honesty is expressed in this definition.
As a brother that has grown up with brother Jermaine and also working with him every day, I can attest to his character as an honest brother.

(25) I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
With that I say to you "deacon Horne, may YHWH'S Light (The True Witness of YAHSHUA), the Tikvah (Hope) of YAHSHUA shines on you and your family as HE, YHWH has ordered this day for this ordination of you to this most reverend office of a deacon of "YAHWEH'S Congregation". Bless you my friend, co-worker, my brother, and my deacon this day. May YHWH'S Shalom fill your lev to perfection in this calling, and that you hold up this office to the highest degree of integrity and commitment to YHWH. Bless you deacon Horne!

Brother David's statement: "I will say to you all that these witnesses of this testimony of our brother and deacon to be, deacon Jermaine Horne is a true witness. PROVERBS 14:25 A true witness delivers souls: but a deceitful witness speaks lies. I find no lies in what has been stated. This true witness of our brothers will shut the mouths of all those that have an accusation against him. This witness is establish and we will not allow any false witness to rob this brother of this ordination to the office of a deacon.
