Prayer

When the turmoil of life is raging,

And I look around and there is no hope to be found.

Then my mind reverts back to when I was a child,

I remember my family prayer.

We would join hands at the table to keep our family stable.

We thank Yahweh for his many blessings, which keep us ever

Pressing.

Prayer is our foundation and it gives us determination.

 Today, people are not about praying, but playing.

 Prayer is not a desire of the heart that is why the homes are apart.

Yahweh sent his son Yahshua to show us the way to pray.

Parents today should teach their children how to pray.

It keeps them from going astray.

 Prayer helps us to be thankful even for the small things in life.

When prayer is taken out of our lives, we will not survive.

The children will not show respect for their parents or one another.

The elders can’t teach the young how to pray, because they are

trying not to be gray.

Yahweh put them here to show the young the way, not here to stay.

 Without prayer in our nation everything will be in separation.

 Prayer holds things together.
