TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108

A Prayer For YAHWEH's Help

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:1

  1     ^¶  A Song or Psalm of David. O YAHWEH, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my full supply.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:2

  2    Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:3

  3    I will praise YOU, O YAHWEH, among the people: and I will sing praises to YOU among the nations.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:4

  4    For YOUR mercy is great above the heavens: and YOU Truth reaches to the clouds.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:5

  5    Be YOU exalted, O YAHWEH, above the heavens: and YOUR splendor above all the earth;

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:6

  6     ^¶  That YOUR beloved may be delivered: save with YOUR right hand, and answer me.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:7

  7    YAHWEH has spoken in HIS kodeshness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:8

  8    Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of my head; Yahudah is my torah-giver;

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:9

  9    Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:10

  10    Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:11

  11    Will not YOU, O YAHWEH, who have cast us off? and will not YOU, O YAHWEH, go forth with our hosts?

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:12

  12    Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of the sons of adam.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 108:13

  13    Through YAHWEH we shall do valiantly: for HE it is that shall tread down our enemies.
