The Everlasting Message Preached to Them that Dwell on the Earth and The Downfall Of Babylon
GILYAHNA - REVELATION 14:6-11
6 ¶ And I saw another malak fly in the midst of heaven, having
the
everlasting message to preach to them that dwell on the
earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear YAHWEH, and give honor to HIM; for
the hour of HIS judgment is come: and worship HIM that made heaven,
and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
8 And there followed another malak, saying, Babylon is fallen, is
fallen, that great city, "because she made all nations drink of
the wine of the wrath of her fornication."
Yahoram's Wicked Reign
2 DIBRE haYAMIM - 2 CHRONICLES 21:1-20
1 ¶ Now Yahoshaphat slept with his fathers, and was buried with
his fathers in the city of David. And Yahoram his son reigned in his
stead.
2 And he had brethren the sons of Yahoshaphat, AzariYah, and Jehiel,
and ZechariYah, and AzariYah, and Michael, and ShephatiYah: all
these were the sons of Yahoshaphat king of Yisrael.
3 And their father gave them great gifts of silver, and of gold, and
of precious things, with fenced cities in Yahudah: but the kingdom
gave he to Yahoram; because he was the firstborn.
4 Now when Yahoram was risen up to the kingdom of his father, he
strengthened himself, and slew all his brethren with the sword, and
divers also of the princes of Yisrael.
5 Yahoram was thirty and two years old when he began to reign, and
he reigned eight years in Yerusalem.
6 And he walked in the way of the kings of Yisrael, like as did the
house of Ahab: for he had the daughter of Ahab to wife: and he
wrought that which was evil in the eyes of YAHWEH.
7 Howbeit YAHWEH would not destroy the house of David, because of
the covenant that he had made with David, and as he promised to give
a light to him and to his sons forever.
8 In his days the Edomites revolted from under the dominion of
Yahudah, and made themselves a king.
9 Then Yahoram went forth with his princes, and all his chariots
with him: and he rose up by night, and smote the Edomites which
compassed him in, and the captains of the chariots.
10 So the Edomites revolted from under the hand of Yahudah to this
day. The same time also did Libnah revolt from under his hand;
because he had forsaken YAHWEH the Sovereign Ruler of his fathers.
11 Moreover he made high places in the mountains of Yahudah, and
caused the inhabitants of Yerusalem to commit fornication, and
compelled Yahudah thereto.
Yahoram Punishment And His Death
12 ¶ And there came a writing to him from EliYah the prophet,
saying, Thus saith YAHWEH the Sovereign Ruler of David your father,
Because you have not walked in the ways of Yahoshaphat your father,
nor in the ways of Asa king of Yahudah,
13 But have walked in the way of the kings of Yisrael, and has made
Yahudah and the inhabitants of Yerusalem to go a whoring, like to
the whoredoms of the house of Ahab, and also have slain your
brethren of your father's house, which were better than yourself:
14 Behold, with a great plague will YAHWEH smite your people, and
your children, and your wives, and all your goods:
15 And you shall have great sickness by disease of your bowels,
until your bowels fall out by reason of the sickness day by day.
16 Moreover YAHWEH stirred up against Yahoram the ruach of the
Philistines, and of the Arabians, that were near the Ethiopians:
17 And they came up into Yahudah, and brake into it, and carried
away all the substance that was found in the king's house, and his
sons also, and his wives; so that there was never a son left him,
save Yahoahaz, the youngest of his sons.
18 And after all this YAHWEH smote him in his bowels with an
incurable disease.
19 And it came to pass, that in process of time, after the end of
two years, his bowels fell out by reason of his sickness: so he died
of sore diseases. And his people made no burning for him, like the
burning of his fathers.
20 Thirty and two years old was he when he began to reign, and he
reigned in Yerusalem eight years, and departed without being
desired. Howbeit they buried him in the city of David, but not in
the sepulchres of the kings.
Making Idols and the Invention of Them was the Corruption of Life
WISDOM 14:12-14
12 For the idea of making idols was the beginning of
fornication, and the invention of them was the corruption of life,
13 for neither have they existed from the beginning nor will
they exist forever.
14 For through the vanity of men they entered the world, and
therefore their speedy end has been planned.
His is What the Sins of Fornication Brings on a Person
SIRACH 23:16-27
Two sorts of men multiply sins, and a third incurs wrath. The
soul heated like a burning fire will not be quenched until it is
consumed; a man who commits fornication with his near of kin will
never cease until the fire burns him up.
17: To a fornicator all bread tastes sweet; he will never cease
until he dies.
18: A man who breaks his marriage vows says to himself, "Who sees
me? Darkness surrounds me, and the walls hide me, and no one sees
me. Why should I fear? The Most High will not take notice of my
sins."
19: His fear is confined to the eyes of men, and he does not realize
that the eyes of YAHWEH are ten thousand times brighter than the
sun; they look upon all the ways of men, and perceive even the
hidden places.
20: Before the universe was created, it was known to him; so it was
also after it was finished.
21: This man will be punished in the streets of the city, and where
he least suspects it, he will be seized.
22: So it is with a woman who leaves her husband and provides an
heir by a stranger.
23: For first of all, she has disobeyed the torah of the Most High;
second, she has committed an offense against her husband; and third,
she has committed adultery through harlotry and brought forth
children by another man.
24: She herself will be brought before the assembly, and punishment
will fall on her children.
25: Her children will not take root, and her branches will not bear
fruit.
26: She will leave her memory for a curse, and her disgrace will not
be blotted out.
27: Those who survive her will recognize that nothing is better than
the fear of YAHWEH, and nothing sweeter than to heed the
commandments of YAHWEH.
YAHSHUA'S Discourse With The Pharisees
YOCHANAN - JOHN 8:39-47
39 They answered and said to Him, Abraham is our father. YAHSHUA
says to them, If you were Abraham's children, you would do the works
of Abraham.
40 But now you seek to kill Me, a man that has told you the Truth,
which I have heard of YAHWEH: this did not Abraham.
41 You do the deeds of your father. Then said they to Him, We be not
born of fornication; we have one ABBA, even YAHWEH.
42 YAHSHUA said to them, If YAHWEH were your ABBA, you would love
Me: for I proceeded forth and came from YAHWEH; neither came I of
Myself, but HE sent Me.
43 Why do you not understand My speech? even because you cannot hear
My Word.
44 You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father
you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in
the Truth, because there is no Truth in him. When he speaks a lie,
he speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
45 And because I tell you the Truth, you believe Me not.
46 ¶ Which of you convinces Me of sin? And if I say the Truth, why
do you not believe Me?
47 He that is of YAHWEH hears YAHWEH's Words: you therefore hear
them not, because you are not of YAHWEH.
When Man Rejects YAHWEH
GILYAHNA - REVELATION 9:19-21
19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for
their tails were like to serpents, and had heads, and with them they
do hurt.
20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues
yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not
worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone,
and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their
sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
